Drying

Oven function: Defrost/Drying

• Use with trays covered with grease-

proof paper or baking parchment.

• You will get a better result if you turn

the oven off after half the drying time,

open the door and preferably leave

the oven to cool down overnight.

• After this finish drying the food to be

dried.
