8. OVEN - DAILY USE

8.1 Cooling fan

When the appliance operates, the cooling

fan switches on automatically to keep the

surfaces of the appliance cool. If you

switch off the appliance, the cooling fan

continues to operate until the appliance

cools down.

8.2 Activating and deactivating

the top / main oven

Turn the knob for the top / main oven

functions to an oven function.

The temperature indicator comes on

while the temperature in the appliance

increases.

To deactivate the appliance, turn the

knob for the top / main oven func-

tions to the Off position.

8.3 Top oven functions

Oven function Application

OFF position The appliance is OFF.

Oven lamp To activate the oven lamp without a cooking function.

Conventional

Cooking

To bake and roast food on one shelf position.

Dual Circuit

Grill

To grill food items in medium quantities in the middle

of the shelf. To make toasts.

Full Grill To grill flat food in large quantities. To make toast.

8.4 Main oven functions

Oven function Application

OFF position The appliance is OFF.

Oven lamp To activate the oven lamp without a cooking function.

Defrost

To defrost food. The knob for the temperature must

be on the OFF position.

Thermaflow

To bake on more than one shelf positions at the same

time. To dry food. Set the temperature 20 - 40 °C low-

er than for Conventional Cooking.
